CEMA Enters Operating Condition Four, the Monitoring Phase for Invest 94L
Chatham Emergency Management Agency (CEMA) has entered Operating Condition (OPCON) 4, the Monitoring Phase, as Invest 94L tracks closer to the United States. The path and potential impacts to Chatham County from this storm remain uncertain at this time. CEMA will continue to monitor changes to the forecast track and ensure storm related information is shared.
